Dr. Michael Luong, Cardiology Fellow and team member at SportsCardiologyBC will be presenting preliminary results from SportsCardiologyBC’s cornerstone study on screening young competitive athletes in B.C. for cardiovascular disease that can lead to sudden cardiac death. This study is the first of it’s kind in Canada and has already yielded some incredibly important results.
